Join us for a fun, welcoming and interactive morning filled with music, laughter, friendly competition and meaningful social connection.

Following the wonderful response to our June event, we’re delighted to welcome back the talented Sound Waves Chorus for another uplifting morning of live music and entertainment. Together with brain-stimulating trivia and everyone’s favourite game of bingo, this special HCA Connect session is designed to encourage social engagement, cognitive stimulation and overall wellbeing. It’s a wonderful opportunity to enjoy great company, exercise the mind and connect with others in a relaxed and supportive environment.

What You’ll Enjoy

• Live performance by the Sound Waves Chorus – enjoy familiar songs performed by the talented choir that had everyone singing along at our June event.
• Trivia and brain games – fun activities designed to stimulate memory, thinking and conversation.
