The Support at Home program includes a dedicated Assistive Technology and Home Modifications (AT-HM) funding pathway to help eligible participants access equipment and home modifications that support safety, independence and quality of life.

From mobility aids and personal alarms to smart home technology and accessibility modifications, funding may be available for a range of solutions tailored to your individual needs.
Our trusted allied health partners have accredited Occupational Therapists who can assess your circumstances, recommend suitable options and support you through the funding and implementation process.
