It gives me great pleasure to contribute a few words about Home Care Assistance. I have been receiving their services for a couple of years now, and I say without reservation that I would not be able to live so well without their help. My case worker, Carly, is incredibly efficient and nothing is too much trouble for her. She provides me with prompt unfailing assistance. The care staff they send me are treasures who go beyond the call of ordinary service. During these challenging Covid times, restricted at home and not able to have other visitors, other than these Essential Services HCA help people, is a pleasure to welcome the cheery, immeasurably helpful HCA workers. My thanks and gratitude to this wonderful organisation.

Kylie’s attention to detail is unparalleled. Not only this, she is kind and caring with an empathetic approach that is friendly and non-judgmental. She is willing to go above and beyond and is always supportive. Kylie has certainly had a positive impact on our ability to cope with the implications of an acquired disability.

Comes to me once a fortnight for cleaning. Nicole is always friendly very obliging & helpful. She is also very efficient.

At one of the worst days of my life Kel showed up with a smile and a can do attitude. Nothing was too much trouble. My husband had just been admitted to hospital for major surgery, not only that, I had to move out of home for roof repairs after a fire. Kel moved me and all my stuff into a Motel, took my washing home because I couldn’t walk to the laundry at the motel. Kel went the extra mile and made a difficult time bearable through her kindness and support. Yes, she even moved me back home – not one complaint – ever! Kel is truly an amazing and special person.

Lorraine sorts everything out for me and I really appreciate all of her help.

Me and my family would like to thank Nicole for all her care towards Mum. Nicole has become an integral part of our family since the passing of my Father and goes above and beyond duty to ensure my Mother is safe and happy and her medications are taken properly. Nicole has a beautiful caring nature and a calmness that makes everything flow.
She has had to endure a not so pleasant relationship between myself and my siblings and always seems to remain neutral when it matters most. Not an easy task when emotions are running high.
I would love to see this beautiful person acknowledged for all that she does and again always going above and beyond duty to give the best experience for my Mother during this difficult year of my Dad’s passing.
