Case Managers

As a Case Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the best care possible. You’ll work closely with families, Care Workers, and our clinical team to coordinate services that promote independence and well-being.

What Case Managers do

Our Case Manager’s role include the following tasks:

  • Conduct client assessments and develop tailored care plans

  • Establish trusting relationships with clients and their families

  • Coordinate services in collaboration with our Scheduling Team

  • Monitor budgets to ensure clients receive the right support

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing care management

Rostering Officers

Rostering Officers are vital in ensuring that our Care Workers and clients are matched efficiently, allowing for seamless care delivery. This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, coordination, and communication.

What Rostering Officers do

Our Rostering Officer’s role include the following tasks:

  • Develop and manage Care Worker schedules to ensure clients receive timely care

  • Be the first point of contact for client and employee inquiries

  • Monitor Care Worker attendance and make scheduling adjustments as needed

  • Maintain accurate records of employee schedules and shifts

  • Provide on-call coverage for after-hours roster needs

Care Workers

Care Workers are the heart of our organisation, providing vital support that allows our clients to live safely and comfortably at home.

What Care Workers do

Our Care Worker’s responsibilities can include helping with:
  • Personal hygiene such as bathing, dressing and grooming
  • Cooking and nutritional guidance
  • Light housework and laundry
