Wellness Through Music & Connection

Join us for a warm, welcoming and interactive session focused on wellbeing, connection and the uplifting benefits of music.

This special HCA Connect event will feature a live performance by the talented Sound Waves Chorus, bringing an enjoyable and engaging musical experience for clients, families and carers alike.

Music has a wonderful ability to bring people together, spark memories, lift mood and encourage connection. During the session, guests will enjoy live entertainment while also learning more about the important role music, social connection and meaningful activities can play in supporting emotional wellbeing and quality of life as we age.

The session will also include practical ideas and strategies to help older Australians stay independent, active, connected and well at home.
