We have created a comprehensive Life Enrichment Guide, full of fun and meaningful activities to keep your minds and bodies active. All of these activities can be accessed through a smartphone or a computer and will open your eyes to a virtual world of possibility. We have included activities that will keep you physically and mentally strong – take a tour of Paris’s Musée d’Orsay, learn a new language, watch the animals live at the Taronga or Melbourne Zoo, do some gentle stretches from the comfort of your chair and so much more! We have even included a section aimed at family Carers so you can help them look after themselves as well.
